Your extracted appraisal data is stored in a secure, encrypted database (Supabase/PostgreSQL). Access is protected by row-level security policies, meaning only you can view your own reports. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use industry-standard security practices, but no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Photos extracted from your appraisal are stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket. Direct photo URLs are not publicly accessible.

We will not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers without your consent.
We retain your extracted appraisal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove your personally identifiable information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
